| 摘 要： | 以乡镇为基本单元，提出了县域水环境容量核定的一般计算步骤;即:首先确定县域水陆对应关系，利用入河系数法进行污染物入河量估算，然后利用河流一维水质模型计算县域主要河流理想水环境容量，进一步地计算县域可利用水环境容量和入河削减量。作为实例，对河南省内乡县域水环境容量进行了核定，计算结果基本合理。
