摘    要:电力系统运行过程中发现静态电压稳定裕度低于临界值时,应及时采取控制措施以提高静态电压稳定裕度。给出一种电力系统静态电压稳定裕度的在线估计和提高静态电压稳定裕度的切负荷算法。该方法首先利用节点静态电压稳定指标(voltage stability index,VSI)识别出系统的薄弱节点,然后通过电压幅值优化来提高薄弱节点的电压幅值进而达到提高静态电压稳定裕度的目的。我国某实际682节点系统的仿真表明所提切负荷方法具有计算量小、速度快等特点。

Abstract:When the static voltage stability margin is below some threshold during the operation of power system, control actions should be timely adapted to improve static voltage stability margin. A load shedding method was proposed for the on- line estimation and improvement of static voltage stability margin in power system. In this method, the node static voltage stability index (VSI) was used to identify the weak nodes, and the voltage amplitude of weak nodes was raised though the optimization, in order to improve the static voltage stability margin. Through the simulation of a real 682-bus system in China, it is showed that the proposed method has the characteristics of small amount of calculation, fast speed, etc.
