一起CVT分压电容器击穿事故的处理和分析

摘    要:介绍了一起CVT分压电容器元件击穿导致二次电压异常现象的处理过程,运用红外测温、绝缘油试验等带电检测手段初步判断故障部位,结合停电试验、解体检查等方法找到故障部位,并分析故障发生的原因,最后,给出相应的事故处理改进措施。本次事故处理表明,红外测温、绝缘油试验是一种简便易行的带电检测手段,能够及时发现设备的早期缺陷,为设备的状态评估提供重要依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the treatment process of abnormal secondary voltage due to breakdown of element of CVT dividing capacitor is introduced,the fault position is preliminarily judged by live detection measures such as infrared temperature measurement and insulating oil test, and the reason of such fault is analyzed combining with testing disconnect from the high voltage line and disassembling inspection. Finally, corresponding improvement measures of the fault are given. It is shown by the treatment of the fault that infrared temperature measurement and insulation oil test are a simple live testing methods, which can find out the defect in equipment at early stage and provide important evidence for condition evaluation of equipment.
