摘    要:为保证糯扎渡、溪洛渡高压直流输电工程投运后南方电网系统的稳定运行,分析了糯扎渡、溪洛渡直流输电系统在交直流并联运行及直流孤岛运行方式下,直流闭锁故障对系统安全稳定特性的影响及稳定问题的解决措施。从切机灵敏度、直流闭锁故障形式、交流断面功率水平、500 kV线路检修方式、直流孤岛运行方式多方面对影响糯扎渡、溪洛渡直流工程安全稳定控制的各种关键因素进行了详细的分析,得到了安全稳定控制系统的控制方案。在此基础上提出了糯扎渡、溪洛渡直流稳控系统的设计方案,包括:控制对象、控制因素、安全稳定控制装置的配置方案、主要功能及装置间交互信息内容。

Abstract:In order to ensure the stability of China Southern Power Grid (CSG) after the commission and operation of Nuozhadu, Xiluodu DC, the impacts of DC pole blocking fault on the security and stability of Nuozhadu and Xiluodu HVDC transmission systems under AC/DC parallel operation and island operation mode were analyzed. Various critical factors that affected the security and stability of Nuozhadu and Xiluodu HVDC were studied in detail and summarized concisely, such as the sensitivity of stability control measure, the type of DC pole blocking fault, the power flow of AC grid, the maintenance method for 500 kV line and the island operation mode, then the safe and stable control scheme of the system was obtained. Moreover, the design schemes of stability control system for Nuozhadu UHVDC and Xiluodu HVDC were put forward, including control objects, control factors, configuration scheme for security and stability control device, main function, as well as the information communicated between different stability control equipment.
