摘    要:为了查找佛山供电局110 kV延年变电站51C电容器组在真空断路器断开时,电容器组所表现出的异常现象的原因,通过对电容器组一次接线图、设备工作原理、运行人员所测得的各数据资料等进行综合的判断分析,认此异常现象为真空断路器故障所致,因而采取了正确的操作方法,使故障设备与电网安全隔离,经对真空断路器外观检查、电气试验等诊断,确定了故障的部位,与分析结果一致,消除了故障隐患,也避免了由于设备缺陷时所采取不正确的操作方法所引发的事故。

Abstract:In order to find the cause of the abnormality occurred on the capacitor bank when the vacuum circuit breaker(VCB) switching off in a 110 kV substation in Foshan,the primary connection diagram of capacitor bank,the operation principle of the installation,and the data measured by the operation persons are analysed and judged comprehensively.The reason is founded out such abnormal phenomenon is caused the fault of the VCB.The correct operating procedures are taken to disconnect the faulted equipment from the network. The fault location is determined by visual inspection of the VCB and electrical testing,which is coincided with analysis result, and the hidden danger of fault disappeared.The fault caused by wrong operating when defects lie in equipment is avoided.
