摘    要:通过分析研究M-53/0.5-220型压缩机高压段填料密封失效现象,归纳总结填料密封失效的主要因素,对密封件的结构、材质进行分析研究,针对高压段填料密封件易磨损、密封函温度高、运行时间短等问题,提出改进填料密封件材质、结构尺寸,调整各密封件装配间隙,优化检修装配方法的解决办法和改进措施,提高压缩机高压段填料密封的运行周期,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the main factors of M-53/0.5-220 compressor HP section packing seal failure, studies the structure and material of the seal, puts forward the improvement measures of improving the material and structure size of the seal, adjusting fit-up gap and optimizing assembly method, to solve the problems of HP section packing seal easily worn-out, high temperature and short service life of seal box, which increases the service life of compressor HP section packing seal and obtains better economic benefit.
