基于虚拟仪器的压铸机实时控制系统的研究

摘    要:文章设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的压铸机控制系统。其中包括控制方案的确定、硬件的选型及软件框架设计。压铸机控制系统由上、下位机组成,下位机由PLC和工艺参数检测系统构成。上位机软件采用美国NI公司的LabVIEW图形化编程语言,使用数据流编程方法来描述程序的执行。该系统可完成组合逻辑的输入输出控制,且可实时监控压铸机的工作状态及其故障检测,显示合型力、速度等重要参数。该研究对国产压铸机控制系统的升级换代,提高整机性能有着实际工程意义。

Abstract:A real-time control system based on virtual instrument for die-casting machine was designed,including scheme determination,hardware selection and software frame design.It is composed of host computer and slave computer.The slave computer consists of PLC and process parameters detection system.LabVIEW,a graphical programming language of the American National Instrument Company,is used as the software of the host computer and the program execution is described by the method of data stream programming.This system can control the input and output of combinational logic,real-timely monitor the working state of the die-casting machine and detect any fault.It can also display those important parameters of the machine such as closing force and speed.
