关于高等职业教育双师型教师内涵的探讨

摘    要:在高等职业教育的发展中,对双师型教师内涵存在着多种认识.如何正确界定高等职业教育双师型教师内涵,对双师型教师队伍建设的健康发展至关重要.对双师型教师内涵的界定,应当根据我国高等职业教育特点,从高等职业教育人才培养目标出发,重点从素质和能力两方面进行,以适应于高等职业教育人才培养目标及其对师资队伍建设提出的要求.

Abstract:There are different views on the connotations of the double professionally titled teachers.How to specify the connotations of the double professionally titled teacher in higher vocational education means great to the healthy development of the buildup of such a contingent.The specification should be proceeded,in view of the demand of the talent training of higher vocational education,from the aspects of personal quality and working ability,so as to achieve the goal of the talent training of higher vocational education,and to satisfy the requirements that this goal determines for the buildup of a contingent of double professionally titled teachers.
