畸形胎儿763例超声诊断分析

目的:探讨超声诊断下胎儿畸形的主要类型及诊断价值。方法:对我院2008年5月-2013年6月常规超声孕检发现的763例胎儿发育异常孕妇病例资料进行回顾性分析统计。结果:此次孕检孕妇共18234人,其中763例超声提示有胎儿发育的异常,胎儿畸形率4.18%;763例胎儿畸形按照类型分布统计中,按照由高到低排在前5位的分别为胎儿肝脾肿大、腹水,唇腭裂,心脏畸形,脑积水及内脏外翻。出现胎儿畸形的孕妇年龄集中在20-40岁,占畸形总数的87.29%。结论:产前超声检查能够及时发现胎儿发育异常,预防出生缺陷,提高人口素质,减轻社会家庭负担。

Analysis of Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Fetal Malformation in 763 Cases

Objective： To explore the main types of fetal malformation and diagnostic value of ultrasound diagnosis. Methods： In our hospital in 2008 May was found in 2013 June, 763 cases of conventional ultrasound prenatal fetal growth in pregnant women with abnormal retrospective statistical analysis. Results： The pregnant women a total of 18234 people, including 763 cases of ultrasound prompted abnormal fetal development, fetal malformation rate was 4.18%, 763 cases of fetal malformation in accordance with the type of distribution statistics, from high to low ranked in the top 5were fetal liver splenomegaly, ascites, cleft lip and palate, heart malformation, hydrocephalus and visceral valgus. Emergence of maternal age of fetal malformation in 20-40 years old accounted for87.29% of the total number of deformity. Conclusion： Prenatal ultrasonic examination can discover abnormal development of fetus, the prevention of birth defects, improve population quality, and reduce the social burden of family.
