摘    要:1,4-丁二醇(BDO)是一种基本有机化工和精细化工原料,用途十分广泛。介绍了BDO应用领域与生产工艺。BOD生产工艺主要有炔醛法、顺酐法、丁二烯法和环氧丙烷法,重点论述了炔醛法与顺酐法,并对各种工艺技术特点进行了分析比较。综述了国内外BDO新工艺技术进展。针对目前我国BDO行业现状,提出了新建BDO项目的建议。

Abstract:1,4- Butanediol (BDO) is a fundamental raw material of organic chemical and fine chemical industry, and has a very wide range of use. This paper introduced application fields and the production processes of BDO. The main production processes of BDO included acetylene -formaldehyde process, maleic anhydride process, butadiene process, and propylene oxide process. The paper focused on acetylene - formaldehyde process and maleic anhydride process. The paper also analyzed and compared the characteristics of different production processes of BDO, and reviewed the new technical progress of BDO at home and abroad. According to the present situation of BDO industry in China, some suggestions on newbuilding BDO has been put forward.
