脊柱结核的CT及MRI影像诊断价值

目的：探讨脊柱结核CT、MRI影像特点，评价两种技术的诊断价值。方法：选取脊柱结核患者48例，分别进行X线、CT、MRI诊断，对比相关指标。结果：MRI、CT、X线片诊断符合率分别为100%、67.42%、56.82%，X线、CT、MRI评估单个椎体结核病灶均破坏范围分别为（35±12）%、（69±14）%、（80±11）%，正常椎体CT值（253±16）、骨桥（552±100）、硬化骨（522±1）、亚正常骨（312±21）、死骨（463±10），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：MRI诊断脊柱结核病变效用较好，但考虑到MRI价格昂贵、检查繁琐以及可能对预后产生不良影响，应结合CT联合诊断。

Spinal Tuberculosis Diagnostic Value of CT and MRI Image

Objective：To investigate the spinal tuberculosis CT, MRI imaging features, evaluate the diagnostic value of the two technologies.Methods： 48 patients with spinal tuberculosis, respectively, X-ray, CT, MRI diagnosis, compared to relevant indicators. Results： MRI, CT, X-ray diagnosis rates were 100%, 67.42%, 56.82%, X-ray, CT, MRI evaluation of the individual vertebral tuberculosis were the extent of damage were （35 ±12）%, （69 ±14）%, （80 ±11）%, normal vertebral CT values （253 ±16）, osteopontin （552±100）, sclerotic bone （522±1）, sub-normal bone （312±21）, sequester （463±10）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： MRI diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis utility is better, but considering the MRI is expensive, cumbersome, and may inspect an adverse effect on the prognosis, combined diagnosis should be combined with CT.
