小井眼水平井裸眼砾石充填完井技术及其应用

摘    要:水平井裸眼砾石充填可以有效控制油井出砂和底水锥进,但小井眼水平井的井眼直径小、曲率变化大,阻力特性敏感,井底压力难控制,砾石充填困难较大。渤海湾秦皇岛32-6油田为典型高孔高渗、疏松砂岩底水稠油油藏,开采过程中采用设计合理的井身结构和井眼轨迹、优化钻完井液体系、采用梯级优质筛管、调整充填参数等手段,顺利完成32-6E平台5口小井眼水平井砾石充填作业。介绍了刮管洗井、防砂、浸泡破胶等具体步骤及取得的效果,指出采用裸眼砾石充填完井,投产后超过配产要求,油田开发效果良好。

Open Hole Gravel Packing Completion Technology of Slim Hole Horizontal Well and Its Application

Abstract:Open hole gravel packing of horizontal well can effectively control sanding and bottom water coning. However, open hole gravel packing for slim hole horizontal well cannot be performed smoothly thanks to a series of bottlenecks, such as small borehole size, large curvature, rapidly changed flow resistance and down-hole pressure. Qinhuangdao 32-6 Oil Field is a typical high-porosity and high-permeability loose sandstone bottom-water heavy oil field. The 32-6E platform smoothly completed gravel packing service for five slim hole horizontal wells thanks to reasonable design of wellbore structure and well trajectory, optimization of drilling and completion fluid system, adoption of gradient high-quality screen pipes and adjustment of packing parameters. This paper makes briefings about the concrete measures, such as pipe scraping, well rushing, sand control soaked gel-breaking as well as the results of those measures. The open hole gravel packing completion process entirely meets the requirements on horizontal well and achieves good results of oilfield develooment.
