新型曼尼希碱季铵盐缓蚀剂的合成与性能评价

摘    要:在曼尼希碱合成的基础上,通过与氯化苄反应制备曼尼希碱季铵盐。通过正交试验,得到了最佳制备条件:反应温度80℃,反应时间6 h,苯胺与氯化苄物质的量比为0.9。评价试验结果表明,曼尼希碱季铵盐具有优异的缓蚀性能。

Abstract:A new type Mannich base quaternary ammonium salt was prepared from Mannich base and benzyl chloride. The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as follows: reaction temperature 80℃, reaction time 6 hours, molar ratio of aniline to benzyl chloride 0.9. The experimental results showed that Mannich base quaternary ammonium salt had excellent corrosion inhibition performance.
