基于模糊方法的装备技术保障能力评价

摘    要:基于模糊方法的装备技术保障能力评价,步骤包括:对准则层人员层的各项指标进行单因素评价,再采用AHP法或随机调查法得到相关因素的权重,并求得其权重模糊集。然后作模糊变换,得人员层的模糊综合评价结果。最后分别对装备层、器材层、设施层、信息层和体制层进行模糊评价,得出评价结果,运用最大隶属度原则,得出部队装备技术保障能力评价后所属等级。

Abstract:Evaluation for equipment technology supporting ability based on fuzzy method follows the steps: first, make simple factor evaluation to personnel level of law level, then use AHP or random investigating method to get the weight of related factors and work out the weight fuzzy set. Second, make fuzzy transformation to get the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. At last, have fuzzy evaluation to materiel level, equipment level, facility level, information level and system level, and get the conclusions, apply maximum subordination principle to get the level of equipment technology supporting ability after evaluation.
