摘    要:为了提高国内电力行业变电站自动化水平,利用计算机、通信和图像处理等技术,研发了无人值守变电站目标自动跟踪系统,对系统中的关键技术——图像处理、自动跟踪、智能识别、传输方式进行了探讨,并给出了具体实现方案.该系统试运行结果表明,性能稳定,操作简单,为实现真正意义上的无人值守提供了技术支持.

Abstract:In order to enhance the automatic level of non-attended substation of power enterprise in our country,these technologies were used,such as computer,communication,image procession,and so on,an automatic tracking system for non-attended substation was studied and developed,key technologies were presented,such as the image precession,automatic tracking,intelligent recognition,and transmission mode.The operation results of this system show that,this system is stable,and has simple operation technologies.It provides support for realizing real non-attended technology.
