LSI中的CMOS运算放大器的设计

摘    要:利用CSMC0.6μmCMOS工艺实现了一个用于LSI中的CMOS运算放大器,整个设计利用SPICE软件进行系统模拟,利用九天(Zeni)工具进行了版图设计和验证,最后已通过东南大学MPW(multi-project-wafer)进行了流片.此放大器增益为72.9dB,单位增益带宽为10.2MHz,±1.65V电源供电,功耗小于0.5mW,整个芯片面积为0.5mm×0.5mm.

Abstract:The CMOS operational amplifier used for LSI (Large Scale Integrated Circuit) was realized by using CSMC 0.6 μm CMOS technology. The software of SPICE was used to simulate the circuit to predict the performance of the circuit. The physical layout design and verification was finished by using ZeniPDT and ZeniVERI, and the circuit has been finally fabricated through MPW(multi-project-wafer) of Southeast University. The gain of operational amplifier is72.9 dB and the gain bandwidth is 10.2 MHz. Under the supply voltage of (±1.65 V), the power is smaller than 0.5 mW; and the chip area is 0.5 mm×0.5 mm.
