| 摘 要： | 根据安全减损效益和增值效益理论，对煤矿自燃矸石山的灾害防治与综合治理作了经济学分析，并以某煤业集团为例，对其开展自燃矸石山综合治理所可产生的减损效益和增值效益进行了实际计算。结果表明，自燃矸石山的灾害防治与综合治理经济效益明显。

| Abstract: | Economics analysis is made of disaster prevention and comprehensive control of gangue hills in spontaneous combustion in coal mines in accordance with safety theory of decrease benefit and increment benefit. Taking a coal group as example, practical calculation is carried out for the decrease benefit and increment benefit that may produce through comprehensive treatment of its gangue hills in spontaneous combustion. The results show an evident possible economic benefit from their disaster prevention and comprehensive control. |
