油水旋流分离器入口结构优化研究

摘    要:采用雷诺应力模型CFD数值模拟方法,对涡线形曲面入口、阿基米德螺旋线形入口等9种油水旋流分离器入口结构形式的内流场和分离特性进行了试验研究,得出比较理想的4种优化入口结构形式。进一步的优化设计和性能试验表明,阿基米德螺旋线是一种较好的入口结构形式,采用这种入口结构形式优化设计的油水旋流分离器试验研究结果表明,阿基米德螺旋线和旋流腔之间实现了平滑过渡,从而得到较稳定的流场和较高的分离效率。

Abstract:Based on the Reynolds stress model CFD numerical simulation method, the experimental study of the inflow field and separation feature of nine forms of entrance structures of the oil-water separation hydrocyclone including vortex curved entrance and Archimedes spiral entrance is carried out and four kinds of ideal optimized entrance structures are obtained. The further optimized design and performance test indicate that Archimedes spiral is a good entrance structure. And the experimental study results by using this structure show that the smooth transition between Archimedes spiral and cyclone chamber is achieved and the stable flow field and high separation efficiency are obtained.
