用水扬酸涂料改进铸铁样杯的研究

摘    要:通过与ZrO2基耐火涂料铸铁样杯的对比实验,报告了铸铁杯使用水扬酸涂料,不但可以有效地防止铸铁热分析试样产生吸碳、增硅现象.而且可以代替ZrO2基涂料、提高样杯质量的稳定性和热敏感性、降低样杯的制造成本.

Abstract:The experiment results of contrasting study on salicylic acid coating and ZrO 2 refractory coating used for sample cup for cast iron is reported in this artical.The results show that it can not only prevent absorption carbon and increastion silicon in thermal analysis sample,but also contribute to increasing theamal stability of sample cup and reducing the cost by using salicylic acid coating.
