加氢装置设备腐蚀与防护

摘    要:介绍了在炼制高硫原油过程中加氩装置的设备腐蚀形态,分析了腐蚀机理及危害。造成加氢装置设备腐蚀的主要介质有H_2,S,H_2S,NH_4HS和NH_4Cl等,其腐蚀形态主要有氢损伤、奥氏体不锈钢连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂、Cr-Mo钢的回火脆化、H_2S腐蚀以及NH_4HS和NH_4Cl的腐蚀。合理选材、正确的制造安装、严格操作、必要的工艺防护和定期检测维修可使腐蚀得到控制。

Abstract:The equipment corrosion forms of hydroprocessing units in processing high-sulfur crude oils are described and corrosion mechanisms and harms are analyzed.The major culprits of corrosion of equipment are H_2,S,H_2S,NH_4HS and NH_4Cl,etc.The main corrosion forms are hydrogen attack,SSCC of austenitie stainless steel,temper embrittlement of Cr-Mo steel and corrosion of NH_4HS and NH_4Cl.The corrosions can be brought under control by proper selection of materials,good fabrication and installation,strict operation, necessary process corrosion protection and scheduled inspection and maintenance.
