粗苯加氢精制工艺技术路线比较与选择

介绍了国内外粗苯精制的工艺技术路线,国外加氢精制主要工艺有:Axens法、Litol法、KK法;国内主要有:酸洗法、国产化加氢精制法。并对几种粗苯加氢精制和酸洗法工艺技术路线进行了比较、选择,提出技术路线选择的原则,指出新建装置应结合产品质量要求、建设投资情况和单位消耗指标等因素,按照选择原则,综合衡量,来确定工艺技术路线方案。

Comparison and Selection of Technical Process Routes for Crude Benzene Hydrorefining

The crude benzene hydrorefining process routes were described.There are Axens,Litol and KK processes abroad and pickling and hydrorefining processes in China.Some of the refining process routes have been compared and selected according to the corresponding selection principles which have been put forward.It pointed out that for new plants to be constructed the selection of process route should be based on the requirement of product quality,investment,and unit consumption indexes.
