循环流化床气固两相流动模拟

摘    要:循环流化床已被广泛用于能源、化工、环保等工业领域,但由于流化床内两相流动、传热及化学反应的物理机理和作用规律复杂性,目前为止对流化床的认识还远远不能令人满意,因此了解流化床内流动机理对循环流化床的设计和运行有深远的指导意义.针对循环流化床燃烧技术,建立了描述其炉内气固运动特性的三维数学模型,用Fluent软件作计算工具,利用欧拉双流体模型(EULERIAN-EULERIAN)对流化床内的颗粒浓度分布、颗粒速度分布和床内压力分布等进行了三维数值模拟,计算结果表明:在床内固体颗粒浓度中心区域低、近壁面高的环核结构,固体颗粒在横截面上存在由核心区向环形区的内循环运动,在相同流化风速度下,沿床高压降随循环物料的增加而变大,在相同的物料循环量,沿床高压降随着流化风速的增加而减小.
