摘    要:对燃料球进行高效准确的燃耗测量是球床式高温气冷堆实现高利用因子运行的关键环节.10MW高温气冷堆燃耗测量目前未能实现自动运行.结合燃料装卸系统设计原理及燃料循环过程运行特点,对HTR-10原手动燃耗测量提出改进,实现了自动燃耗测量.现场运行结果表明,该方法逻辑准确、可靠性高,能够有效避免人为因素造成的误操作.

Abstract:In order to ensure the high availability of pebble bed type high temperature gas cooling reactor,it is the critical process to measure the burn-up level for each ball in accurate and efficient way.The automatic operation of burn-up measurement of 10MW high temperature reactor(HTR-10) is unimplemented yet.Ac-cording to the design theory of FCA system and operation characters of fuel circulation procedure,the original manual flow of burn-up level measurement methods is improved and burnup can be automatically measured.The field operation results have proved the reliability in performance and the accuracy in logic.It can effec-tively avoid the accidents caused by error operation.
