| Abstract: | This paper presents briefly the traditional methods of the measurement bellows eharacteristic, and introduces a computerize automatic measurement system for bellows characteristic of micromanometer, which is developed by the authors. The operation principle, main performance parameters of the computerize automatic measurement system for bellows characteristic are analysed and discussed. |
