高强混凝土高效泵送剂 NA-F2(B)研制及应用

摘    要:通过室内外实验,对不同气温条件下掺NA-F2(B)的高强混凝土可施工性和力学强度进行了初步研究。结果说明,新型高效泵送剂NA-F2(B)适用于5~32℃条件下高扬程高强混凝土的泵送施工,坍落度损失小(1h≤5%),强度保证率高。在江阴长江大桥南塔高强予应力混凝土以及承台大体积混凝土中的成功应用,表明掺高效泵送剂NA-F2(B)高强混凝土的可泵性、增强效果均满足设计要求,对减少大体积早期温度应力,提高自身抗裂性是有利的。

Abstract:Based on experiments with additive NA F2(B), pumpability, mechanics strength of HSC are studied in this paper Results show that slump loss(1 h) of flowing HSC<5% in environment temperature 5~32℃ and fit for high lift pumping construction Application effects in Jiangyin River Bridge are also introduced:NA F2(B) can not only satisfy the design strength but also reduce early temperature stress,avoid cracks of stress giving HSC tower and large volume platform
