摘    要:基于大间隙轴流式血泵外磁场驱动系统,硬件控制主电路采用驱动能力强、结构较简单的双极四绕组式脉冲控制方式.针对功率开关管TIP122易击穿、损坏等现象,深入研究了缓冲电路的保护机理.搭建了血泵综合实验台,采用理论分析与驱动实验对比分析的方法,设计了稳定、可靠的缓冲保护电路,得出了关键参数的较优匹配,解决了TIP122管的...

Abstract:Based on the large gap outside magnetic driving system of axial flow blood pump,the hardware control circuit of system adopts double poles and four windings pulse control mode with simpler structure and stronger driving ability.According to the easier damage phenomenon of TIP122,the protective mechanization is deeply researched.The comprehensive experimental bench of blood pump is built,steady and reliable snubber protective circuit is designed through theoretical analysis and experimental comparison of driving,and optimal matching of the key parameters is got.Then the security problem of the TIP122 is solved.The circuit improves the reliability and stability of the driving circuit and achieves the goals of low temperature,steady and reliable running of blood pump driving system.
