摘    要:借鉴市场营销领域的顾客满意度研究方法,提出"学生满意度"的概念,分析了学生满意度的内涵。使用KANO质量需求分析模型为工具,在远程开放教育范畴内对学生满意度与学校质量提供之间的关系进行了定性分析,给出了确立学生满意度的三种质量(当然质量、期望质量和惊喜质量)与远程开放教育办学、管理之间的关系,从而找到提高远程开放教育学生满意度的切入点。

Abstract:Referring to the approach of the customer's satisfaction research in marketing, the paper proposes the notion and the contents of students' satisfaction. By applying the KANO quality requirement analysis mode, the article has a qualitative analysis on the relationship between students' satisfaction and teaching quality, then puts forward the relationship between three kinds of quality for establishing students' satisfaction and the operation of open education so as to find the breakthrough point to improve the students' satisfaction in open education.
