共聚甲醛生产工艺的研究

摘    要:聚甲醛是第三大工程塑料,具有优越的金属性能,广泛应用于各行各业。通过对比均聚甲醛和共聚甲醛的工艺及产品特性,选择共聚工艺进行了流程介绍,流程包括甲醛工序、三聚甲醛工序、二氧戊环工序和聚合工序,其中甲醛制备采用铁钼催化剂,聚合反应以三聚甲醛和二氧戊环为反应单体,三氟化硼为催化剂,在150℃、0.01MPa条件下得到聚甲醛产品。聚合反应器为双轴螺杆卧式容器,材质选用304不锈钢。

Abstract:Polyoxymethylene(POM) is the third largest engineering plastic, which is widely applied in many fields because of its superior performances. In this paper, production technology of copolyoxymethylene(co-POM) was introduced by comparing production technology and characteristics of acetal homopolymer and co-POM. The process includes formaldehyde unit, trioxymethylene(TOX) unit, dioxolame(DOX) unit and polymerization unit.Molybdenum catalyst is used in the formaldehyde unit. During polymerization, TOX and DOX are used as reactive monomers , boron trifluoride is used as catalyst, co-POM is synthesized under the conditions of 150 ~C and 0.01 MPa. The oolvmer reactor is a horizontal vessel with multi-axial screw machine, which is made by 304 stainless steel.
