| 摘 要： | 采用正交设计试验等方法,研究了从白地霉(Geotrichum Candidum)中提取核糖核酸的适宜条件为提取温度为60℃,抽提时间为60 min,NH3·H2O浓度为1.5%,SDS浓度为3%,NaCl浓度为4%,核糖核酸粗品得率为84.2%,纯度为89.7%.

| Abstract: | By method of orthogonal test,the author found that optimal result could be obtained for RNA extraction with 1.5% NH3·H2O,3% SDS,4% NaCl at 60 ℃ for 60 min.The RNA crude yield rate was 84.2% with 89.7% purity. |
