摘    要:介绍了催化干气制乙苯技术的特点及其在国内外的发展状况,并分别对设计过程中催化装置原料掺渣比提高,乙苯原料干气H2S含量急剧上升,乙苯中二甲苯含量要求越来越严格的新情况进行了阐述。采用了干气脱硫新工艺,干气水洗除碱性物质,优化换热流程等技术措施来进行优化。

Abstract:Characteristics of catalytic dry gas producing ethylbenzene technology and its development at home and abroad were introduced. And some problems in design were discussed, such as rapidly increasing of H2S content in dry gas as ethylbenzene feedstock with raising residue blending ratio in the catalytic feedstock, more and more rigorous regulations for xylene content in ethylbenzene. New process technologies including dry gas desulfurization ,removing alkali substances in dry gas with water washing and optimizing heat transfer process were used to optimize the ethylbenzene process.
