摘    要:分析了抽水蓄能电站引水系统不同布置方案的水力特征及不同形式上游调压室的水力性能差异,经水力过渡过程比较计算阐明:气垫式调压室不但适用于抽水蓄能电站,而且在水力性能上具有独特的优越性。因此,在地质条件允许的情况下,气垫式调压室应作为抽水蓄能电站上游调压室的主要比选方案之一。

Abstract:For pump-storaged power projects,the down surge caused by pumps failure is usually severer than the lowest pressure resulting from load rejection at turbine mode;and a negative pressure likely occurs at the end of upstream tunnel,thus a surge tank is often necessarily constructed at upstream tunnel even for a relatively short pressured waterway.However,a conventional surge tank would bring a large volume of excavtion and other construction complexity and diffi-culty.In this paper,firstly,the hydraulic characteristics of multiple water conveyance schemes and the hydraulic performance difference among diverse surge tanks are addressed,which convinces that the air surge tank is quite feasible to the pump-storaged power project for its usually higher head and wider range of water level variation at upper reservoir.Furthermore,the analysis of a typical project shows the air-cushioned surge tank is not only suitable for pump-storaged power projects,but also exceeds the conventional surge tanks for its unique advantages in terms of the hydraulic performance.Therefore,the air-cushioned surge tank could be considered as one of the most favourable types for designing of the upper surge depressor if the geologic condition is permitted.
