摘    要:五粮液集团的成功令白酒业瞩目,她实施的品牌战略和市场运作策略值得同行学习。1.产品结构调整和品牌扩张策略不断提升了五粮液品牌价值,先胜一筹抢先占稳了市场。2.在价格策略和整体形象的塑造上采取温和、低调的“润物细无声”的策略赢得了消费者。3、投入巨大的人力和财力,把品牌重点转入保健酒领域,避免了同一品牌家族的竞争,并使之成为业绩的新增长点。

Abstract:The success of Wuliangye Group in market had made it the excellent example in liquor-making industry.Its experience in brand strategy and marketing operation became the meaningful reference for other liquor-making enterprises as follows :1.structural adjustment of its serial products and brand expansion strategy to enhance the brand value of Wuliangye,which gave the priority to Wuliangye Group to achieve more market share;2.creation of perfect enterprise image and implementation of price strategy by com-paratively moderate measures to win more consumers;3.investment of large amount of human power and captials to develop health liquors,which became the new increasing polar industry and avoided the competition among liquors of the same brand.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
