高铬过共析钢奥氏体晶粒的长大规律

摘    要:研究了高铬过共析钢在不同加热温度和不同保温时间下的奥氏体晶粒长大规律。结果表明,晶粒平均直径D随温度T的升高呈指数关系长大,保温时间1h有表达式:D=2.6×10~(10)exp(-22×10~4/RT);在温度为950,1050和1200℃下分别保温3h以上时,奥氏体晶粒长大规律较好地符合幂函数关系,温度越高,晶粒长大速度越快;该钢在950~1050℃温度范围内具有较好的抗晶粒粗化能力。

Abstract:Austenite grain growth behavior of the high chromium hypereutectoid steel at various elevated temperatures and holding times was experimentally researched.Result showed that austenite grain grew in an exponential law with the increase of heating temperatures,which could be well described by the equation:D=2.6×10~(10)exp(-22×10~4/RT) when holding at one hour.When holding above three hours and heating with the level of 950,1 050 and 1 200℃respectively,austenite grain expanded in a power law with the increase of holding times, and the higher the temperature was,the faster the grain growth rate was.When heating within the range of 950℃to 1 050℃,the steel had good anti-coarsen ability at elevated temperatures.
