摘    要:某电厂600 MW超超临界机组在检修中发现一只低压叶片断裂,采用宏观分析、金相检验以及断口分析等方法对叶片断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:叶片服役环境中存在能够引起叶片材料产生腐蚀的氯离子,导致叶片发生腐蚀疲劳断裂。

Abstract:A low-pressure blade which used for the 600 MW super-hypercritic set of a power plant has fractured. The fracture reason was analyzed by means of macroscopic inspection, metallographic examination and fracture analysis. The results showed that the main reason caused blade fracture were that chlorine ions which can lead to corrosion existed in the working environment. And the fracture type of the blade was the corrosion fatigue fracture.
