X射线机焦点尺寸测量方法的标准分析

摘    要:比较目前3个典型X射线机焦点尺寸测量方法标准(IEC 60336,EN 12543和ASTME1165)的适用范围、适用对象和条件。详细分析了3个标准中规定的焦点尺寸测量方法原理、测试条件和结果处理方法,重点比较了3个标准中对针孔成像方法规定的内容异同。指出各种不同标准中的方法、适用范围和对象等的差异,为广大用户全面了解各种焦点尺寸测量方法及差异,根据测试目的和要求选取适当方法提供了参考和依据。

Analysis of Measuring Methods Standards for Focal Spot Sizes of X-Ray Tube

Abstract:Compare the applicable scopes, targets and conditions of 3 typical standards which give measuring methods for focal spot sizes of X-ray tube(IEC 60336, EN 12543 and ASTM El165). Following a detailed analysis of method principle, testing condition and result process, it focused on analyzing the similarities and differences of contents described in 3 standards by pinhole imaging, and pointed out the differences of methods, applicable scopes and targets. Conclusions of this paper can be used by users as good references and basis of knowing roundly about the measuring methods for focal spot sizes, of choosing appropriate methods according to different intentions and requirements.
