加法再制造机械产品的检验鉴定方法

摘    要:以经过电刷镀技术修复的加法再制造连杆为例,分别采用化学成分分析法、金相检验法和硬度检测法对加法再制造机械产品的检验鉴定方法进行了探讨。结果表明:三种方法都有各自的优缺点,可以根据实际情况选择适当的检验方法;若将其综合利用,对加法再制造产品的检验鉴定效果会更好。

Abstract:Remanufacture connecting rod after electric brush plating was used as an example to have a research on inspection of adding remanufactured mechanical products. The coated surface was analyzed by means of chemical compositions analysis, metallographical observation and hardness test. The results show that these three methods had their respective advantages and disadvantages. They could be chosen according to practical instance and if they were colligated, adding remanufactured mechanical products could be identified more effectively.
