摘    要:通过试验研究,实现衍射时差法(TOFD)超声检测技术在加氢反应器法兰密封槽裂纹检测和定量中的应用。检测灵敏度达到5 mm×1 mm(长度×高度),裂纹高度测量误差0.5 mm。该技术适用于多种规格和材质的法兰密封槽裂纹的检测和定量。

Abstract:Through experimental research,the application of time of flight diffraction(TOFD) ultrasonic testing technology in the crack detection and quantification for hydrogenation reactor flange sealing groove was realized.The testing defect sensitivity was achieved 5 mm×1 mm(length×height),the crack height measurement error was less than 0.5 mm.The technology could be applied to the flange sealing groove crack detection and quantification of many specifications and materials.
