摘    要:研究了基于TMS320LF2407A的移相全桥的ZVS软开关高频开关电源的设计方案;介绍了20 V/1 500 A大功率开关电源的控制电路及主电路的设计过程以及主电路的元器件选型、参数计算方法;实现了通讯和网络控制功能,使控制系统有更高的稳定性和更强的灵活性,可以适应工业现场对高品质开关电源的要求.实验表明本设计有很高的满载稳定性,符合工业产业化生产要求.

Abstract:The scheme of high frequency soft-switching electroplate power supply based on TMS320LF2407A with high frequency phase-shifted full bridge ZVS is designed.The 20V/1500A high power switching power supply control circuit and main circuit design process are introduced.The main circuit components are selected and their parameters are calculated.And the communication and network control functions are realized,so that the control system has a higher stability and greater flexibility to adapt to the industrial scene of high-quality switching power supply requirements.This design has a high stability of the fully loaded,and the requirements of industrial production are satisfied.
