电子鼻对花椒精油的辨别研究

摘    要:以超临界流体萃取法和无溶剂微波萃取法提取了四川大红袍花椒和陕西韩城大红袍花椒精油,用电子鼻对花椒产地、提取方法和同种提取方法下的不同提取工艺条件下所得花椒精油进行了辨别研究.采用主成分分析法分析花椒精油的特征气味指纹图,发现电子鼻可以有效区分花椒精油.各主成分分析图中,第1、第2主成分累积方差贡献率为98.989%~99.5969%,辨别指数为93~95.初步探索了统计质量控制法控制花椒精油质量和判别因子分析法判断花椒精油的来源的可行性.

Abstract:Essential oils were extracted from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. in Sichuan Province and in Hancheng City, Shaanxi Province by supercritical fluid extraction and solvent-free microwave extraction respectively. The electronic nose was used to discriminate the essential oils extracted from various origin of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. , and by using different extraction method and process conditions. The odor fingerprint of the essential oils was analyzed by principal component analysis method. It shows that the essential oils of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. can be differentiated by electronic nose. The accumulated variance contribution rates of principal component 1 and 2 are among 98. 989% 99. 5969% with discrimination index among 93 - 95 in each PCA charts. The feasibility of using statisti- cal quality control method in quality control and using discriminant factorial analysis method to discriminate the oils was studied preliminarily.
