摘    要:定点测厚是设备和管道腐蚀简单、可靠、通用、有效的监控手段。笔者结合多年定点测厚经验,分析了定点测厚和常规测厚的不同及定点测厚精度要求高的原因,分析了高温测厚的难点在于声速的不确定性,提出与公式法不同的调整声速法。分析了两种方法的原理和各自的优缺点,介绍了两种方法共同用到的试块,讨论了高温试块的材料、表面粗糙度、面积、应力、均匀性、晶粒度及测厚仪检测下限、线性及气温等要点。分析了马弗炉内加热和电磁炉加热的缺点,推荐了高温试块加热方法。

Abstract:Positioned thickness measurement is a simple,reliable,universal and effective means of monitoring to equipment and pipeline corrosion.The main manufacture difficulties of positioned thickness measurement in high temperature by sound velocity were analyzed.The method of adjusting sound velocity was proposed.The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were analyzed and the testing block used was introduced.The heating method of high temperature block was recommended.Testing on-site showed that the sound velocity method was effective to measure the thickness.
