蠕墨铸铁蠕化率自动超声波检测系统

摘    要:蠕化率作为衡量蠕墨铸铁质量的主要参数,在生产中要求准确、快速地测量和控制。介绍了超声波声速与蠕墨铸铁蠕化率的关系。利用厚度无关声反射法(TIRP)测量蠕墨铸铁的声速,并借助VC6.0设计了软件系统。该系统实现了炉前蠕墨铸铁蠕化率的自动化检测和调整,大大降低了在生产蠕墨铸铁中对蠕化率的控制难度,缩短了检测和调整时间。

Abstract:The vermicular graphite rate is one of the main parameters in measuring the quality of vermicular iron,which requires a precise,rapid measurement and control in production.The relationship between the ultrasonic velocity and the vermicular graphite rate in vermicular iron was described,the ultrasonic velocity in vermicular iron was measured by thickness independent reflector plate(TIRP) and the software was compiled using VC6.0,The system realized vermicular iron blast furnace-based automatic detection and adjustment,greatly reduced the difficulties of controlling the rate of vermicular graphite cast iron,decreased testing and adjustment time.
