膜分离技术纯化绞股蓝皂苷

摘    要:以固形物得率和绞股蓝皂苷含量为评价指标,进行陶瓷膜和超滤膜过滤实验,对操作压力、溶液温度和膜的规格进行优选.结果表明:选择孔径0.5μm的陶瓷膜,在溶液温度40℃、过滤压差0.24MPa条件下,能达到较好去除提取液中的悬浮物和大分子杂质的效果;选择截留分子量为3×10^4的超滤膜,在溶液温度40℃、操作压力0.8 MPa条件下,去除小分子杂质和截留绞股蓝皂苷的效果较好.采用膜分离技术可以有效地分离纯化绞股蓝皂苷,该工艺操作简单、可靠,纯化效率高.

Abstract:The filtration processes of ceramic membrane and ultrafiltration membrane were optimized using solids yield and Gypenosides content as the indicator.The results showed that the effect of removing suspended solids and the macromolecular impurities from the extract was better using ceramic membrane with pore size of 0.5 μm under the filtration pressure of 0.24 MPa and at 40 ℃.The effect of removing small molecular impurities and withholding gypenosides was better using ultrafiltration membrane with withheld molecular weight of 3×104 under the operating pressure of 0.8 MPa and at 40 ℃.Membrane separation technique is a simple and reliable technique,and can be used to separate and purify gypenosides effectively.
