摘    要:JB/T4730.3—2005标准对环向焊接对接接头超声检测只设计了管道外径在声159mm以下的GS系列对比试块,而对钢管外径≥Ф159mm的管道只提出了对比试块有关要求。在分析了这些要求的基础上,归纳出设计对比试块的3个考虑步骤,并按照单一管道以及多种管道规格超声检测需要和试块系列化需求,提出了对比试块具体设计方案。

Abstract:According to the standard JB/T 4730. 3--2005, reference block of GS series for ultrasonic testing to girth welding joint of tube of diameter below 159 mm, was designed, and for tubes of diameter over 159 mm, only advanced requirements on it, however, was needed. Based on the analysis to these requirements, the design of reference block was concluded to three steps, and a design plan of reference block according to single or many dimensions of tubes and series of reference block in ultrasonic testing was put forward.
