摘    要:简述和分析了甲基氢氯硅烷的主要合成工艺。格利雅法和再分配法由于成本高、产物分离困难和无法连续化生产,难以适应大规模的工业化生产;而直接法、裂解法和还原法因其成本低廉,产率高。便于连续化生产,具有工业实用价值。甲基氯硅烷还原法生产工艺可以将Rochow直接法中的副产品转变为高附加值的甲基氢氯硅烷,是一种可持续发展合成工艺。

Abstract:The progress on main synthesis technology of methylhydrochlorosilane was described briefly and analyzed. It was suggested that Grignard method and redistribution method were difficult to industrialize because of great cost, difficulty of product separating and continuous manufacturing. However, the direct process, cracking method and hydrogenation of chlorosilanes were valuable because of less cost, high yield and convenience of continuous manufacturing. Furthermore, the by-product of organosilane could be utilized by the hydrogenation process, which was a novel synthesis route of sustainable development.
