两种天然抗氧剂清除活性氧的研究

摘    要:采用化学发光法研究了番茄红素和天然VE对活性氧的清除作用,并比较了二者的抗氧能力随时间和浓度的变化规律。结果表明,番茄红素清除超氧阴离子、羟基自由基和脂类过氧化效果较好,EC50分别为0.75、0.05、0.1mg/ml,而所需的时间分别不超过6s,6s和24s。天然VE对超氧阴离子的清除能力则较差,在1mg/ml的浓度时清除律不超过25%,但清除羟基自由基和脂类过氧化的效果与番茄红素相近,其EC50分别为0.1mg/ml和0.1mg/ml,而所需的时间为6s和24s。

Abstract:The scavenging ability on ROS of lycopene and VE was evaluated by means of chemiluminescence in models for generation of superoxide anions,hydroxyl radicals,and lipid peroxidation.The changes of antioxidant behaviors with time and concentration were investigated and compared.The efficient concentration (EC 50 ) of lycopene towards superoxide anions,hydroxyl radicals,lipid peroxidation and was 0.75mg/ml,0.05mg/ml and 0.1 mg/ml,respectively.The required time was 6 second,6 second and 24 second,respectively.VE was not an effective scavenger towards superoxide anions.EC 50 of VE towards hydroxyl radicals and lipid peroxidation was 0.1mg/ml and 0.1mg/ml.The required time was 6 second and 24 second,respectively.
