摘    要:介绍钢丝焊接对产品质量和拉拔效率的影响,分析钢丝焊接时的组织转变过程,给出焊接区域的金相组织照片和力学检测结果,指出高碳钢的导热性能比低碳钢差,在熔池及影响区急剧冷却易产生脆性组织,要进行扩大区域的高温回火处理才能满足拉拔加工和产品性能的要求。高碳钢的焊接温度为1 080~1 270℃,回火温度要达到700~820℃并保持20~50 s。焊接设备、焊接的工艺参数、焊接经验以及焊接时的环境温度都对焊接质量产生影响,在生产中要采取针对性措施,同时注重焊接后的无损探伤和气体保护焊接的研究。

Abstract:To introduce the impact of steel wire welding on product quality and drawing efficiency. The microstructure changing process while steel wire welding was analyzed. The microstructure photo and mechanical testing results of welding area were given out. It is pointed out that the heat conducting properties of high carbon steel is poorer than that of low carbon steel, brittle structure is produced easily when cooled quickly in weld pool and influenced area, requirements of drawing and products properties can be satisfied after high temperature tempering of enlarging area. Welding temperature of high carbon steel is 1 080 - 1 270 ℃ , tempering temperature should reach 700 - 820 ℃ and keep 20 -50 s. The welding equipment, processing parameter, experience and environment temperature changing have influence on welding quality. The aiming measures should be taken in producing, the research of non-destructive inspection and gas shielded welding after welding should be paid more attention to.
