摘    要:简要介绍了统计过程控制(SPC)的原理,根据数控重复加工的特性,在数控系统中加入SPC监控模块。通过类似实际生产过程的模拟试验,使产品质量的被动事后把关变为积极的事前预防。

Abstract:The text introduces SPC(The statistics process controlled) Technique theory,and advances that applying SPC technique,to administer and control process of numerical control machine tool,thereby to attain the early alarm of the process getting out of hand,the improving continuously the process,the improving continuously of the process capability.
