摘    要:作者用扫描电子显微镜,电子探针等分析了3Cr2W8V钢高温磨损表面,考察了磨损表面形态随试验温度及试验时间的变化规律,给出了相应的磨损表面特征照片,并结合磨损机理分析了该钢的温度——磨损特性曲线。文中还着重分析了高温磨损时在表面形成的“形成层”的成分、作用及形态,并探讨了磨损表面上沟槽产生的原因。

THE SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY ANALYSIS OF THE WORN SURFACE OF 3Cr2W8V STEEL AFTER HIGH TEMPERATURE WEAR

Abstract:This paper deals with the scanning microscopy analysis of the worn surface of3Cr2W8V steel after high temperatuse wear. The variation law of the morphologyof the worn surface versus the wear test temperature and test time has beenstudied, with the scanning cl?ctron micrograph of the worn surface given. Furth-ermore, the wear test temperature vs. wear value curves for the steel have beenanalysed with the help of the study oa the wear mechanisms. This paper analysesemphatically the compositions, functions and morphology of the built-up layersformed on the sufrace during sliding at high temperatures and discusses the causeof occurence of the grooves on the wear scars.
