青岛市水环境库兹涅茨曲线特征、成因及对策研究

摘    要:以青岛市历年环境质量报告书以及青岛市统计年鉴为依据,选取1996—2008年水环境和经济数据,探究青岛市水环境与经济发展之间的库兹涅茨曲线特征.结果表明,青岛市经济发展和水环境污染可采用多项式进行拟合,随人均GDP的增长,废水排放总量呈明显上升趋势,河流断面水质明显改善,政府部门对工业废水治理项目的大力推进以及污水处理厂的增加是青岛市水环境库兹涅茨曲线特征的主要成因.

Abstract:The water environmental Kuznets curves of Qingdao from 1996 to 2008 are studied based on the water environmental and economic data in the environmental quality reports and statistics yearbooks of Qingdao.The results show that the relationship between economic development and water pollution can be dealt with by using polynomial fitting.As per capita GDP increases,river quality has remarkably improved although the amount of waste water discharge increases.The characteristics of Kuznets curves can be attributed to the large-scale construction of industrial waste water management projects and the increase of the sewage treatment plants.
