蒙山大道祊河桥单箱四室异型箱梁挂篮的设计与施工

摘    要:介绍了临沂市蒙山大道祊河桥单箱四室异型箱梁挂篮设计与施工技术.确定了贝雷挂篮设计方案和技术指标,对底板、腹板下底板、翼缘板导梁、挂篮横梁、挂篮主桁架等进行了荷载计算,对单箱四室挂篮的组成、支架拼装过程、挂篮安装工艺和挂篮底模标高的确定、以及挂篮行走等施工技术问题进行了详细介绍.通过对大体积、大跨径连续梁悬臂施工的设计与施工,解决了挂篮宽(单跨34 m)、单节混凝土体积大对挂篮的安全设计要求高及5条轨道同步前行和挂篮底模脱模前移的问题,为变截面箱梁挂篮的设计与施工提供了宝贵的经验.

Abstract:This paper introduces the design and construction technology for the single-box girder atypia four-room hanging basket on Mengshan Road Beng River Bridge in Linyi,presents the BeiLei design scheme and technical indexes and carries out the load calculation of the floor slab,the flange plate guide beam,the beams and the main truss.It expounds in details the composition of the single-box four-room hanging basket,the assembly process,the installation process and the hanging basket mold elevation,ect.Through the construction and design for the large volume and long-span continuous beam cantilever,it solves the problems of the basket width(single-span 34 meters),the high requirements on the safety design of the basket by the large volume of the single concrete section and the five high orbit synchronous moving forward before the end of mold release so as to provided valuable experience for the design and construction for the variable cross-section box hanging basket.
